In this segment, our main function is to continuously visit our producers. We evaluate them and their facilities before contracting in order to make quality controls, investigate market changes and chances, and develop new packaging, including consumer packs. Documentation is also key in our performance.
High standards are not negotiable regardless of wether our products are going to importers or directly to supermarkets.
Watching the market very carefully, its tendencies, crop’s volumes and qualities along with a close dialogue with our principals, allow us to make the correct purchase decisions at the right moment.
The products we commercialize, are elaborated only in certified processing plants, with HACCP, ISO, KOSHER, GMP+, BRC which meet all international requirements.
We also have a wide knowledge in the meat business, specially with salmon, lamb, beef, pork and poultry, satisfying customer’s special needs and the most demanding markets.
